our story
Brandsbridge was established in 2013 in Singapore, providing creative design and building services to our global retail and commercial clients.
On the 30th of August 2022, Lum Chang Interior Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Lum Chang Holding had together with Brandsbridge Pte Ltd, incorporated a joint venture company, Lum Chang Brandsbridge Pte Ltd (LCBB)
Our company has production workshops in Malaysia and China with footprints in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.
We are a team comprising dedicated, creative, and resourceful young professionals, all aspiring to share the same passions with our clients. Our team values quality and is committed to achieving a successful handover and working experience.

Victor Syn
Chief Executive Officer
Victor has over 20 years of experience in retail fit-out for luxury brands, travel retail, F&B, including construction of hospitality and public projects.
He hopes to elevate the level of creativity to the retail scene and offer reliable and value for money services to the customers. His passion in “simplifying things” approach has brought success to the Company, which has now offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Apart from leading the Company and clients to success, Victor always believes in giving back the society to help the less privileged. He believes in molding the younger team members by investing in trainings and encourages them to push themselves to be the best in their own field.
Dimas Baskoro
General Manager
Dimas is a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 12 years of experience in client management, financial and management accounting, auditing and taxation.
He is equipped with strong financial ability and business acumen, enabling him to make many strategic decisions for the companies he has worked for. His effort to continue learning and growth has seen him venturing out of the financial sectors and now plays a vital role of leading Brandsbridge through business transformation while still managing the client relationship and financial processes of the Company.
He is based in Singapore with frequent travel schedule to Jakarta to manage the clients in Indonesia.
